An Architectural Tapestry: A Collection of Three Distinct Homes
This project is a carefully curated ensemble of three unique residences, each responding to its own context while forming a cohesive architectural dialogue. Designed to exist in harmony, these homes respect each other’s privacy, embrace their individual aspects, and celebrate the diverse topography of the site.
The first home is a considered renovation of a 1911 worker’s cottage, a structure steeped in history and character. Sensitively restored and reimagined, it retains its original charm while adapting to contemporary living.
The second is the primary dwelling—an expansive home that leaves nothing to chance. Every design detail has been meticulously planned to create a residence that is both functional and luxurious, accommodating the complexities of modern life with ease.
The third, nestled on a smaller lot, finds its place between an existing Base Architecture home completed a few years ago and the new collection. Compact yet refined, it maximises space and outlook, completing the architectural narrative.
