Sundridge

This was the fifth project we completed for a regular developer client.  In conjunction with another investor, the duo purchased an 809sqm site in a leafy street in Taringa. 

The design was able to deliver 10 apartments with a mix of floorplan types to ensure that different markets could be reached.  While the majority are two bedroom apartments, the ground floor apartments are afforded some generous outdoor spaces and the upper level has been divided into two luxurious north facing penthouses.

Identity is given to the building through the repetition of custom laser cut screens which address the street. Conscious of the intended market, particular attention was also given to the level of finish provided in kitchens and bathrooms which presented buyers with a premium apartment for luxury living.
