South Village

Planning is well underway on South Village, a new age-friendly gated community in regional Queensland.  Base is working with the developer on the creation of a masterplan for the 5.75ha parcel of land that is to include a number of homes in various floorplans, community facilities including a health club, tennis court, pool, a community care facility along with walking paths and open spaces for the community to enjoy.
