Designed to embrace its natural surroundings, the house gracefully steps up along the site, facing east over the water. This positioning not only provides unparalleled vistas but also maximizes natural light throughout the day. The house stands as a harmonious fusion of brick and weatherboard, a visual delight that captures the essence of contemporary Queensland architecture. It’s facade balances tradition and modern, exuding a welcoming and warm.
High ceilings create an atmosphere of spaciousness and grandeur, while exposed timber structures and details add touches of warmth throughout the house. The material palette is a symphony of light and timber, creating a calming and inviting atmosphere. Some spaces take a bold departure with darker, richer tones, creating a dynamic and visually striking contrast.
Spanning three levels, this residence offers an abundance of living space. Six bedrooms are thoughtfully separated to cater to different needs. The kids’ wing provides a fun and lively space for the younger members of the family, while the guest wing ensures that your visitors enjoy privacy and comfort. The master bedroom, nestled on the upper level, offers seclusion and water views.
