Fleming

Project

Multi Residential

A thoughtful response to Queensland’s subtropical climate, these architecturally designed homes meld in perfect harmony with their woodland surrounds—a symbiotic relationship between structure and environment.

Acutely informed by the surrounding landscape, the external façade reflects a unique canvas of tones and textures, harmonising with the natural environment to create a unified whole that resonates with the spirit of Mt Coot-tha.

The considered design ensures optimal airflow and ventilation while maintaining privacy and a sense of connection with nature.

Interior

Positioned above the hardwood staircase, the lightwell invites pools of light to stream into the heart of the home—producing an enchanting dance of light and shade. This architectural feature, with its voided space, imbues the home with openness and effortlessly summons the outside in.

Every element has been meticulously crafted to take full advantage of Brisbane’s breezy summers and mild winters. Thoughtfully positioned apertures allow air to circulate freely, naturally cooling the home and filling each room with the refreshing aroma of nearby gum trees.
