Elanda

Designed to take in views of the Pacific Ocean to the east , Elanda’s courtyard typology encircles a private oasis that provides a visual and spatial link between the entry, the living and sleeping quarters. A green roof drapes foliage over the front façade and creates a green arbour for the entry path sequence. The sunscreens and louvers are integral to the façade and provide both privacy and passive shading to the glazing behind.
