The design of a new home for a prime inner-city location is currently on the Base drawing board. With potential views the design evolving is unique and takes into account the site’s topography, outlook and solar aspect. Most importantly the design integrates the notions, ideals and concepts of our client into a “clever” design. The floorplan features five bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, two separate living spaces, ample storage for all aspects of living and an outdoor room and pool that provide a strong connection to the surrounding landscape.
