Central Avenue is a twenty-four apartment medium rise development consisting of one, two and three bedroom apartments. Each apartment type offers its own distinct differences while maintaining a synchronised design ethos throughout, brought together through a curated palette of materials and detailing.
This project was the second completed for one of our developers. The design accommodates 6 units while presenting a comfortable scale to the suburban street. A complex steep site allows the upper level units to have a presence at street level, while units on the level below spread out to take advantage of ground floor external areas. Utilising a 2-storey unit assists in increasing the yield over the site. Slight variations in colour and textures across the development mean that there is individuality and identity for the units, while maintaining consistency for the whole project.
