Bellevue

This project consisted of five apartments over three levels with a mix of two and three bed floorplans and an expansive three bedroom penthouse.  Landscaping and a high level of finish to kitchens and bathrooms was key to taking a premium product to the market for this developer, so a focus was given to ensuring that green spaces and joinery would be at a level closer to a house project rather than what would be usually be expected in a multi-residential design.  

Working with an experienced developer, we began to challenge several aspects of what would usually be provided to buyers which led to us creating strong relationship and working with them on several additional projects.
